Instead of having a boss who decides everything, we organize ourselves into teams (which we call cells) and decide together. This way we all contribute ideas, we are more agile and we bring out the best in each other.
With holocracy, we not only transform how we work, but we also unleash our creativity and agility. By removing hierarchies, we unleash a constant flow of ideas, easily adapting to changes in the business world.
Embracing holacracy is exciting, but it involves changing our culture, overcoming resistance to change and staying aligned are challenges we embrace with enthusiasm. We know that, like any form of management, it is a constant learning journey. We are committed to improving and evolving.
