As a company, we have made the strategic decision to focus on strengthening agri-food chains in Colombia and Latin America. Priorities SYSTEMIC

Based on our experience, we have identified crucial systemic priorities to make chain strengthening an effective reality.

Commercial Chains

We encourage the creation of solid links in commercial chains, promoting collaboration between the different links in the chain to improve efficiency and synergy between participants.

Value chain financing

We recognize the importance of financing throughout the value chain. We articulate financial solutions that benefit all actors, from producers to distributors, to guarantee an adequate flow of resources throughout the chain.

Resource Optimization

We direct our efforts towards the efficient optimization of resources invested in the development of capabilities within the chain, through projects and programs. This approach seeks not only to enhance sustainability, but also to increase the profitability of the chain in a comprehensive manner.

Articulation and Addition of Actors to Strategic Allied Projects

We work on the creation and implementation of strategic projects, promoting collaboration between various actors in the sector. This synergy strengthens the chain by taking advantage of the complementary skills and resources of each participant.

Investment preparation

Recognizing the importance of investment, we focus on preparing and enlisting chain participants to attract investment and/or financing. This includes building capabilities and creating enabling environments to attract investments that drive sustainable growth.
